No Need to Worry

“If you have fear of some pain or suffering, you should examine whether there is anything you can do about it. If you can, there is no need to worry about it; if you cannot do anything, then there is also no need to worry.” ~ Dalai Lama

And closer to home, a reassuring word from the light of my life, "We've gone through this before. We can't let it scare us. We may very well feel better tomorrow."

Paradise is having someone who understands.

deb i am so taken with your post. compassion and acceptance ringing out like a perfect pitched bell.
i can hover content in each word of understanding.
for this i thank you, for paradise found, and better still, shared.

thank you also for your moment of butterflies...once for your eyes only; suddenly finding new life through sharing.
maybe this is the true meaning of "wonders never cease".

Your quotes gave me chills. Must be something I need to hear today. No need to worry. Thank you for being there at the right time.
