Angela Nneda lives in Lagos Nigeria. She is 35 years old and married with three children. For four years she has owned a shop where she sells groceries and textiles and other sewing supplies. She is a hardworking woman; she opens her shop every day of the week and is friendly and helpful with customers. Angela asked for a loan of 80,000 nairas (about $500) to purchase more groceries and textiles to expand her stock. This will enable her to contribute more to help her husband in maintaining their home.
She expresses her gratitude to lenders for their financial assistance.
This is our ninth KIVA loan, and all the business people we have loaned to are paying their loans back on time.
